I booked a spa treatment as a gift to myself. The entire experience was so relaxing from start to finish! My package included neck, shoulder, arm and scalp massages with aromatherapy. Ashley also walked me through the consultation with before and after pictures. That was so helpful to have evidence of how healthy and clean my hair became. I would absolutely rebook another spa. There are head/hair spas in California and an I'm so excited one opened in our area! Thank you Ashley!

My daughter gifted me a voucher for Mother's day. If I would have known how good of a treatment I had I would have made the appointment sooner. I felt cared for and maybe even pitied a little lol. I've had dandruff since a teen and it's embarrassing because even though my hair is healthy, my scalp isn't. I wasn't pressured to buy anything or make another appointment but I did both. Everything felt amazing to my hair and could not only feel the difference but see it too!! Not only that but when I got home my husband ran his fingers through my hair and felt how soft it was. I have hope for a healthy scalp!

My friend was visiting from Chicago and mentioned wanting to try head/scalp spas and we decided to check out Hygge Head Spa. Gina is wonderful to work with. She's kind, patient and gentle; she was very knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns and provided helpful recommendations. The spa's conveniently located, space was very clean, and the service was top notch! It was a great way to relax on a hot summer afternoon. We both felt lighter at the end of our treatments. What a great place!

Not to be dramatic but Gina fixed my entire life, lol. If you don't care to read details: 500/5 stars, spring for the advanced package, I literally consider this place a necessity not just a luxury. To start with the obvious: the experience is AMAZING. It's a completely transformative experience for your scalp. All of the products and steps all feel completely incredible, there's amazing scalp massage throughout, this interesting scalp water acu pressure tool that feels like power washing all the negativity out of your head. In literally just one session she took my scalp from a flaky nightmare (that honestly was causing me so much stress I borderline didn't even want to show up and share it with another person) to pristine, healthy, clean. And I've seen the benefits from regular sessions, my hair growth is improving and the inflammation in my scalp has improved so much. I think Gina herself is most of the magic. She is not just going through the motions of a multi step shampoo, you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their health (whole body, not just scalp!). For example, we talked about my tension headaches and all throughout the process she made sure to focus extra attention to massage the temporal muscles to help ease that tension. It's not just a head wash, but you really leave feeling transformed. Gina exudes empathy and compassion, and although I was embarrassed with the original state of my scalp, she made me feel comfortable and safe.

Gina is everything!! An angel, a magician, and a true professional. I had been neglecting my scalp health before coming to see her for a treatment, but that stops today. I feel like I’ve got a brand new start. A whole different head! I didn’t even realize how heavy my head was feeling until now that I’ve had a cleaning. My hair is petal soft and I’m feeling like a York peppermint patty right now. Anytime I’m in town from now on, I’m stopping by. Highly, highly recommend!!

I loved my experience! I got the basic package, I had a consultation where we looked at my scalp and after I had a nice deep clean with a little massage. I was wrapped in a blanket and I had heated eye mask, so I felt very nice and relaxed. And my scalp feels so clean! Love it! High water pressure might feel a little discomforting, but everything else was really pleasant! The only thing is, the viral “waterfall” is not part of the basic package, just letting you know.

I struggle with dandruff and itchiness a lot so… Best scalp treatment ever. I got quite a few tips on how to maintain my scalp better as well~ I was really needing this ❤️ Check out my before and after photos. It’s so clean!

This was an AMAZING 5+++ experience. Everyone needs to experience a Scalp detox at least a handful of times and I am so happy I chose Gina for my first Scalp experience and I will absolutely be coming back. She has a water tool that is the equivalent of a gentle pressure wash for your Scalp! You could just tell before you even got done that your Scalp was going to be SO much better. Thank you QUEEN!

Received the basic scalp treatment. It was anything but basic. The attention to detail by Gina was so nice. Very knowledgeable and able to give tips on how to help scalp health. My scalp and hair feel so soft and clean.
